5 Days: A plan for SUPERYOGA development

 On Create TV, a super yoga instructor, now has publicly traded her name as Stacey Millner Collins, who because of her injuries is not on track to enter yoga history books.  She holds likeness to the Sun of Exercise. 

8 working hours per day, 40 hours total of turnaround in this plan to get back on the right track;

Day 0:  run the latest no to ear perforating earrings.  Find us find someone who can stich up from the back to the front of the earlobe the laceration that invisibly bleeds, takes everyone to the last day of life and is the main reason women age in detrimental, abnormal, anomalous heldup subskin molarall.  I discovered the earrring wearers by and large each has her own personal ghost that runs with Vitamin E from the molarall.  Molarall centers around earlobe, as you can imagine, having faced so many injuries, even in young children.

Day 1: warm up the digits one by one like trying to do digital yoga, customize yoga routine to names of Gwendolyn Bye, Viviana Albani, Anne Marie Mulgrew and Isadora Duncan.  Prepare to wear gloves, any type, for tomorrow, when we replace earrings with other types of decoration.

Day 2:  Replace earrings with other types of decorations.  Decoration that broken skin, as a perforating earring did, loses the name to deadly.

Day 3:Blue paint for the ear, however injured, strongly without earrings.

Day 4:Resume position as the top developer of superyoga.  Incorporate the best positions for recovery with Gwendolyn Bye et al. listed in Day 1 in mind.

Writing this blog entry from Florida, I must emphasize the importance of outdoor sunlight to catch up with the better self all of us have.
